5 Fat Loss Tips for 2020


#1 Be realistic with your goals two pounds at a time.

Don’t overwhelm yourself with your ideal goal weight. When you are down two pounds, let yourself feel proud and then think about the next two.

#2 Watch your nutrition.

Regulate what you put in your mouth, feeding your body to have energy to make it through your workout and remain in a caloric deficit. You are not going to out exercise a bad diet!

#3 Find a professional to help design a program around fat loss.

A good program will get you excited to go into the gym and keep you in the gym. Walking on the treadmill is not going to cut it and it is boring!

#4 Don’t try fads and gimmicks.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Losing weight takes time and hard work, but you can do it. What you can't do is a 5 minute belly blast workout and think you are going to reduce belly fat. You can't spot reduce belly fat. It is calories in calories out period! If you weigh 200 lbs and your body fat is 30% to get your body fat to 20% you need to lose 20lbs. There are 3,500 calories in a pound that is 70,000 calories you need burn more than you consume over of the course of time. The most annoying fat goes last man boobs , love handles and belly fat. They will be the first to come back if your body fat levels increase. That is the reality it sucks deal with it!

#5 Be consistent.

Use consistency to compound your results. It’s not what you do once in a while that counts, it’s what you do each day. Be mindful of your food consumption and get into the gym. Buying a gym membership without using it does not burn a calorie. Going into the gym working out getting your heart rate up that's what will help you lose weight.
