Anabolic French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of bread ( I use Natures Own Butterbread 13g Carbs per slice)

  • 8 large egg whites ( 3 Tbsp = 1 large egg white)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • ¼ cup of sugar-free syrup

  • 2 – 4 packets of stevia

1. In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites, cinnamon ,stevia and vanilla. Soak the bread in the mixture.

2. Carefully remove the bread slices from the egg mixture. Place the coated slices on a pre-sprayed baking sheet and keep adding the egg white mixture until the bread can not soak up any more liquid. Cook each side for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

3. Top with sugar-free syrup and enjoy!
