3. Dumbbell Split Squats (R/L)

4. Crunch's

5. Dumbbell Goblet Squat

6. T– Push Ups

7. Dumbbell Lunge (alternate sides)

8. Mountain Climbers

9. DB Thrusters

10. DB Swing
