Do the following circuit twice, resting 1 minute between circuits. Each exercise should be performed for 30 seconds. Rest 1 minute and then move onto circuit 2.

1A Prisoner Squat

1B Pushups Shoulder Tap

1C Skater Hops

1D Diagonal Lunge

1E Squat Shuffle

Do the following circuit twice, resting 1 minute between circuits. Each exercise should be performed for 30 seconds. Rest 1 minute and then move onto circuit 3.

2A Burpee

2B Switch Lunge

2C X-Body Mountain Climber

Do the following circuit twice, resting 1 minute between circuits. Each exercise should be performed for 30 seconds. Rest 1 minute

3A Close-Grip Pushup

3B Close-Stance Bodyweight Squat

3C Inchworm

3D Split Shuffle

3E Squat Thrust
