Ready to hit the trails with more strength and endurance this spring? This 2-day-per-week boot camp is built specifically for people who love hiking, biking, and all things outdoors.

Focus on the muscles and conditioning that make hill climbs, longer rides and rough terrain easier – and recovery faster.

What We Train
• Leg strength for stride or pedaling efficiency, sprint power, and stability to navigate challenging terrain

• Core stability for improved balance and injury prevention
• Hip mobility and knee stability for a flexible, mobile body
• Cardio intervals to build trail stamina
• Functional strength for real-world movement and outdoor play

Hikers, cyclists, outdoor adventurers, and everyone who wants to build strong, capable legs and lungs for the season ahead. All ages welcome!

6 weeks, 2 Classes Per Week - Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 – 6:30 pm,  $168
